Lauren was born on February 1st, 1986 to Jim and Kathy Conrad in Laguna Beach, California in the United States. Lauren is the eldest of 3 children and has a younger sister named Breanna and a younger brother. Lauren's father is an architect and her mother runs her father's business.

Lauren has been immersed in the wealth of Laguna Beach. Whilst in High School, she and her friends spent their time tanning, shopping, and searching for attractive boys. She signed onto a role on MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County in her last year of High School and starred in Season 1 and 2.

Lauren enjoys designing fashion and attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco for one semester before transferring to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.

Since moving to Los Angeles from Laguna Beach, she has her own spin-off series called The Hills which also airs on MTV. Lauren is now an intern at Teen Vogue Magazine in Los Angeles.

As of 2007, Lauren resides in West Hollywood with her friend, Audrina.

Ashley Michelle Tisdale was born in Monmouth, New Jersey on July 2, 1985, to Mike and Lisa Tisdale. Ashley's career began at the age of three, when she was discovered by her manager, Bill Perlman, at a local mall. Ashley has appeared in more than 100 national commercials, after she landed a job on her first audition. She became an actress on Broadway at the age of eight, when she booked the leading role on the musical "Les Miserables". She then appeared in the musical "Annie", for which she toured internationally. Ashley has appeared on the TV series with a regular role in "Nathan's Choice" and "The Howie Mandel Pilot". Taylor Swift became one of country-pop's brightest (and youngest) faces in 2006, when the 16-year-old vocalist released her first album. Although new to the American public, Swift had been performing since early childhood, taking inspiration and encouragement from her opera-singing grandmother. She sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" before a Philadelphia 76ers game at the age of 11; the following year, she began practicing her guitar skills for several hours each day, only stopping when her fingers began to bleed. She was born in Kiev in the Ukraine, the same city as Milla Jovovich. Her father was an engineer and her mother was a physics teacher. In 1990 the Ukraine split from the USSR and Mia and her family moved to Los Angeles in the hopes of a better life. When she first started learning english she watched Saved by The Bell and The Price is Right and learned her english from the people on these shows, most specifically, Bob Barker. She even had a desire to be one of Barkers' beauties at one point but that all changed when she got on that seventies show.

She learned to act at a Beverly Hills Studio. She started acting in television commercials and the soap opera, Days of Our Lives. Although she has had great success with that seventies show, she continues to attend high school at Fairfax Senior High School. She graduated from Fairfax in 2001 and has been persuing her film and television career full time. Only time will tell where her career will end up in the future. But that seventies show may leave her typecast.
